By providing programs and services to meet the basic needs of individuals and
families, Greater Flint Outreach Center will work
toward enhancing
the lives of the residents
of Flint and Genesee
County.

VISION STATEMENT

They will rebuild the old
ruins and raise a new
city (Flint) out of
the wreckage.

They will start over on
the ruined cities, take
the rubble left behind and make it new.
